At a young age Rollie followed in his fathers footsteps. Rollie's father Gene started Admiral Pest Control 30 years ago. To get experience in the industry, Rollie worked for larger pest control companies and lawn care companies. Then for a short period of time worked with his father at Admiral Pest Control. In 2013, Rollie and his father discussed the option of Rollie starting his own company. They agreed. In 2017 APS+ purchased Admiral Pest Control from Rollie's father.
Rollie started Advanced Pest Solutions Plus because he recognized a need for a local, pest control company that provided the experience and attention needed to help the customer get rid of a problem and not just set up a monthly account for commission like the larger companies.
